Transition

At the Wroughton Primary Federation we work hard to ensure that the transition between the Infant and Junior School is a successful and exciting time for the children. Both schools work together to ensure this happens and that all information is shared. We have a rigorous transition programme that enables teachers to work closely with each other and the children within years 2 and 3.
